Description:

A roadside bench with metal ends and wooden rails with a metal plaque on the backrest. The plaque is of cast metal, possibly iron, painted green, and is in the shape of a shield with a narrow raised border and a raised inscription in upright capital block lettering.

Comments
It has been conjectured that the casualties commemorated may be Gnr John Gough and Pte Ernest Gregory but this has not been verified.
