Description:

A wall-mounted board accompanied by a dedicatory caption in a glazed frame. The board comprises a shield bearing the emblem of the National Service Veterans Association and the inscription is printed in upright capital block lettering. The memorial is mounted on cards within a wooden moulded glazed picture frame.
