Location details:
The church is on the south side of the road. The memorial is inside, on the north wall of the Meynell Chapel, which is at the east end of the north aisle.

Overall type: Plaque.


Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

A wall-mounted oblong brass plaque with a an incised border of chevrons between two thin lines. The incised inscription is in a decorative form of upright sentence-case gothic lettering coloured white.
