Location details:
The church is at the rear of the Parish Centre. The memorial is in the side chapel at the eastern end of the south aisle.

Overall condition: Fair The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

An oaken communion rail with a brass commemorative plaque. The moulded rail is supported on chamfered uprights and shaped buttresses-style brackets and has a pair of hinged gates at the centre. The openings contain gothic arches with pierced tracery of cusped trefoils. A small brass plaque is attached to the face of the rail bearing an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering.
