The church is at the rear of the Parish Centre. The memorial is on the north wall of the chancel.

Description:

A framed and glazed roll of honour with a printed design of red poppies agains a yellow and blue background and a central column of names printed in upright sentence-case roman lettering.. The glazed roll is mounted in a wooden frame.
