Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

A bronze plaque on a wooden frame. The upright oblong plaque has a raised twin line border and an inscription in raised upright capital roman lettering. The freestanding wooden frame has an oaken panel bearing the plaque and a projecting shingle covered canopy over the triangular arch head. The whole is contained within a paved base with steps from the road and dwarf walls to each side.
