Overall condition: Good. The inscription is legible.

Description:

A wall-mounted framed oil painting with attached inscription. The painting depicts Col Brooke Taylor in military uniform standing by a table and is signed Charles Beatson 1905. The moulded wooden frame has a badge of the Sherwood Foresters Regiment at the head and a small board at the foot bearing the inscription in black capital block lettering.
