Description:

A nowy headed white marble tablet in a mottled brown alabaster frame with moulded cornice at the head. The names are in three columns below the commemoration and the inscription is in black upright capital roman lettering.

History
17th May, 1920: The memorial was unveiled in the Reginald Street Baths by the Mayor of Derby, Cllr A J Eggleston, and dedicated by Rev W N Kemp.

24th February, 1977: Reginald Street Baths were listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1278714.

1982:  Reginald Street Baths closed and the site was subsequently redeveloped. It is presumed that the memorial was moved to Queens Leisure Centre at about that time.

5th December 2011: The memorial was surveyed at Queens Leisure Centre by Eric Naden. It was in fair condition.
