Description:
An addition to the lettering on a white marble headstone on a family grave. The headstone has a decorative top with a Christograph and foliage in relief and the inlaid inscription is in different styles of mainly upright capital lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with bevelled top, and is accompanied by oblong kerbs.

"GRANT THEM ETERNAL REST O LORD" ALSO OF RICHARD ALLABARTON, FATHER OF THE ABOVE, AT REST AUGUST 28TH. 1934, AGED 68 YEARS. ALSO OF ANN, BELOVED WIFE OF RICHARD ALLABARTON, AT REST OCT. 23RD. 1936, AGED 66 YEARS.
