The church was at the junction of Church St and Vicarage Ave but the site has been retained as a graveyard and garden.

Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

A recumbent square slate tablet on a stone base. The tablet has a large incised cross at the centre with the dates in the quadrants and the inscription in a circle around it. The incised inscription is in decorative upright capital lettering.
