Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

A limestone wheel cross on a square pedestal and three-stepped base. The cross has a roundel at the centre of the 6 o'clock face, small panels of interlaced strapwork on the four limbs and a recessed panel on the tapered shaft bearing the inscription. The pedestal has a capstone and plinth and has the WW1 inscription on the 6 o'clock face. Although not stated, the names on the 3 o'clock face are of the WW2 casualties and all inscriptions and names are incised in upright capital block lettering coloured black. The whole is surrounded by kerbstones which bear seven metal shell cases.
