Location details:
The church is on the un-named lane from Lullington to Edingale, Staffordshire, close to the junction with Main St. The memorial is on the west wall of the nave.

Overall condition: Good. The inscription is legible and the memorial is well cared for.

Description:

A wall-mounted, framed and glazed roll of honour. The coloured roll has a border of bound laurels with flowers at the corners and a banner heading above a Union Flag with text on a ribbon. The inscription and names are in red, blue and black calligraphy and the printer's name is in the bottom right corner.
