Description:

A plain nowy-headed white marble tablet on two brackets. The incised inscription is in upright capital block lettering coloured black.

19th January 1967: The church was listed Grade 1, Heritage List for England number 1334560

17th July 1969: The church lies within the Repton Conservation Area first designated on that date.

19th May 2015: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in good condition and well cared for.
