Location details:
The church is at the western end of Hall La, at the junction with Repton Rd (B5008). The memorial is at the northern end of the churchyard, close to the boundary.

Overall type: Addition to gravestone.


Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.


Description:

An additional inscription to a limestone headstone on a family grave. The tall headstone has a rounded nowy head, rounded shoulders with flowers and foliage in relief in a roundel at the head. The inscription is inlaid in different styles of upright lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong limestone base with bevelled top.
