Description:
A fabric kneeler worked in cross stitch mainly in reds and blues. On the face is the badge of the Royal Engineers with the latin motto, on the edge is the unit name and on the underside is a dedicatory label.

December, 2001: The Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site was inscribed: the church lies within the site.
22nd February, 2018: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in good condition and cared for.
