Additional lettering to the inscription on a headstone on a family grave. The sandstone headstone has a pointed arch top, recessed sides, a border of foliage in relief at the head and an incised inscription mainly in upright capital block lettering.

In Loving Memory of ISABELLA, WIFE OF WILLIAM JAMES, (FORMERLY OF MONSAL DALE) BORN 20TH. MARCH 1848, DIED 26TH. JULY 1889. "He giveth his beloved sleep." ALSO THEIR YOUNGEST SON SAMUEL BORN JULY 26TH. 1889 DIED OF WOUNDS IN FRANCE, NOV. 13TH. 1916.
