Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.


Additional lettering to the inscription on a headstone on a family grave. The tall sandstone headstone has a shallow triangular arch top above a spray of foliage and a monogram JC in relief at the head. It has recessed decorative sides and a panel on the front bearing an incised inscription mainly in upright capital block lettering, some of which has been coloured black. The headstone surmounts an oblong sandstone base with bevelled top.
