Location details: The church is on the north side of the road in the centre of the village. Roads in the village have not been formally named, but the main road through the village is known as Stonepit La or Main Rd, and the church is at the junction with a lane sometimes known as Green La. The memorial is near the corner of the churchyard, west of the church and south of the path from the gate.

Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.

Description:
Additional lettering to the wording on a family gravestone. The freestanding upright oblong limestone tablet has a pointed arch top, chamfered edges and a spray of flowers in relief in a triangular panel at the head. The inlaid inscription is in upright capital lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong limestone base with a bevelled top.

ALSO MARY,/ WIFE OF THE ABOVE/ WILLIAM W. STAFFORD, WHO DIED NOV. 9TH 1935, AGED 79 YEARS. TILL THE DAY BREAK.
