Description: An addition to a rectangular grey headstone on a family grave. The headstone is in the style of an unfurled scroll over a clasical wall with a fluted colonnette on each side. The inscription is inlaid in mixed styles of mainly upright capital lettering. |

17th November, 1972: The memorial lies in the Ticknall Conservation Area first designated on that date. 28th April. 2008: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson. It was in fair condition but a few of the letters were missing. |
