Description:

A wall mounted oblong slate tablet. The Welsh slate tablet has a depiction of the Victoria Cross in relief and an incised inscription in upright sentence case roman letters.

18th May, 2014: The tablet was unveiled by Mr William Tucker, HM Lord Lieutenant of Derbyshire, and dedicated by Rev Dr Mark Powell, Rector.

18th May, 2014: The memorial unveiling ceremony was recorded by Anne and Roy Branson and Eric Naden.
