Location details: The village name was changed from Bugsworth to Buxworth in 1930. Both names now seem to be used interchangeably. The hall is on the southeast side of the road. |

History and Conservation
1939: The club was reported to be poorly patronised.
2018: Chinley, Bugsworth and Brownside Parish Council paid for the circular plaque to be placed on the front of the building.
28th March, 2019: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
