Location details:
The church is on the west side of the road at the junction with Holly La. The board is inside, on the north wall of the nave.

Overall condition: Good. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

An upright, oblong oaken board with a moulded cornice at the head and the foot, a plain rebated border to each side and decorative carved swirls at the bottom. The gilded inscription is in upright roman lettering.
