Description:
An oblong wall-mounted limestone tablet with stepped shoulders and a moulded border. The incised inscription is in upright capital roman lettering and each name is preceded by an incised cross coloured red.

Unknown date: The memorial lies within the Dethick Lea and Holloway Conservation Area.
December 2001: The memorial lies within the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site inscribed in that month.
26th August, 2010: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
Spring 2016: The buildings to the east of the road were vacated by the company and the memorial was removed prior to the property being put on the market.
9th November, 2016: The memorial was installed on the face of the building on the west side of the road.
26th July, 2017: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
