Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is intact but illegible.

Description:
An addition to the lettering on a family gravestone. The low grey polished granite headstone has a flat top with a raised panel on the battered face bearing an incised inscription in mixed case upright lettering. The headstone is accompanied by a recumbent oblong sandstone tablet bearing a further inscription incised in upright capiital roman lettering, and by oblong grey granite kerbs bearing a further inscription incised on a chamfer at the foot and the maker's name at the corner.

Unknown date: The memorial was made by A P M, a monumental mason.
11th July, 2017: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair overall condition: the components were intact and sound but the inscription was barely legible.
