Description:

An oblong brass plaque on a backboard. The plaque has a thin line border and the inscription is incised in upright capital roman lettering.

History and Conservation
1920s: The plaque was installed in the Primitive Methodist Church.

1970: The Primitive Methodist Church closed and was subsequently sold and demolished. The plaque was transferred to St Luke's Mission Hall.

11th June, 2012: The memorial was surveyed in St Luke's Mission Hall by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in good condition and cared for.
