Location details: The church is at the rear of the Parish Centre. The memorial is in the side chapel at the eastern end of the south aisle.

Description:
An oaken communion rail with a brass commemorative plaque. The moulded rail is supported on chamfered uprights and shaped buttresses-style brackets and has a pair of hinged gates at the centre. The openings contain gothic arches with pierced tracery of cusped trefoils. A small brass plaque is attached to the face of the rail bearing an incised inscription in upright capital block lettering.

THIS COMMUNION RAIL WAS GIVEN BY JAMES A RIGGOTT TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN LOVING MEMORY OF HIS DEAR WIFE LOUISA ANNIE RIGGOTT WHO DIED DEC. 3RD. 1934 AND OF THEIR SON 2ND. LT. R. C. RIGGOTT KILLED IN ACTION SEPT. 20TH. 1917.
