Location details:
The church is at the rear of the Parish Centre. The memorial is on the north wall of the nave.

Overall condition: Fair The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

Description:

A flag of the Old Contemtibles Association accompanied by a wall-mounted commemorative brass plaque. The flag is a vertical tricolour of red, white and blue with the badge and text of the Chesterfield Branch of the Old Contemptibles Association and with a metal badge at the tip of the staff. The oblong plaque has an incised image of the badge at the head flanked by battle honours and images at the two bottom corners of pedestals bearing inscriptions and supporting flaming torches. The incised text is in decorative gothic sentence-case lettering. The plaque is mounted on an oaken backboard.
