A circular cast aluminium plaque of the "Blue Plaque" style with a raised double-line white border and a raised inscription in white sentence case roman lettering.

History and Conservation
March 2020: The plaque was made by Croft Cast Signs of Sneatonthorpe, North Yorkshire.
Early July, 2021: The memorial was mounted on the house wall.
27th July, 2021: The memorial was unveiled at a ceremony addressed by Col Carol Kefford, Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps Association; Glenys Falconer, Mayor of Chesterfield; Sandra Taylor, Remember the Fallen, and Liz Cook, Friends of Spital Cemetery.
27th July, 2021: The memorial was photographed by Roy Branson. It was in pristine condition.

Comments
The grave in Spital Cemetery is Staff Nurse Fletcher's war grave recognised by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, so is not classed as a war memorial to her. Although her gravestone gives the date of death as 12th March, 1917, she actually died on 12th March, 1918.
