| 27th July, 2021: The memorial was unveiled at a ceremony addressed by Col Carol Kefford, Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps Association; Glenys Falconer, Mayor of Chesterfield; Sandra Taylor, Remember the Fallen, and Liz Cook, Friends of Spital Cemetery. |

Comments |
| The grave in Spital Cemetery is Staff Nurse Fletcher's war grave recognised by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, so is not classed as a war memorial to her. Although her gravestone gives the date of death as 12th March, 1917, she actually died on 12th March, 1918. |
