An addition to a cast concrete headstone on a family grave. The oblong headstone has a stepped top and an attached vase on the right, and bears an inlaid inscription in upright capital block lettering.

10th July, 2013: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. Although the inscription was in good condition and legible, the headstone and vase had been displaced which caused the memorial to be considered at risk of further disturbance and potential damage or loss.
