Description:
An addition to a white marble headstone on a family grave. The headstone has a reversed curve top and recessed sides. The inscription is inlaid mainly in upright capital block lettering with the maker's name at the foot. The headstone is accompanied by plain oblong kerbstones.

1920s: The memorial was made by R O Rhodes, monumental mason.
9th October, 2013: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition although one of the long kerbs had been displaced.
