Location details:
The church is southeast of the road in the centre of the village, in an area sometimes known as The Green. The display is outside, on the north wall of the tower.

A cascade of red artificial poppies in the corner of the wall, and spreading out onto the ground below.

History and Conservation
17th April, 1951: The Peak District National Park was designated. The church lies within it.

14th June, 1984: The church was Listed Grade II*, Heritage List for England number 1109332.

4th July, 1986: The Parwich Conservation Area was first designated. The Church lies within it.

22nd February, 2019: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
