Overall type: Tablet. Overall condition: Good. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.


Description:

An oblong grey limestone tablet with a chamfered edge, the badge of the RAF incised at the head and an incised inscription mainly in upright capital roman lettering coloured black.

13th September, 1967: The church was listed Grade II*, Heritage List for England nember 1109352.

16th August, 2011: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in good condition and cared for.

3rd July, 2019: The memorial was rephotographed by Roy Branson. It was in good condition and cared for, although the rubricated initials had darkened and were barely distinguishable from black.
