Location details: The church is on the south side of Mayfield Rd at the junction with School La. The memorial is on the north wall of the nave, at the west end.

Description:
A grey limestone tablet set within a limestone frame with a hollowed internal border and surmounting an oblong base. The inscription is incised in upright capital roman lettering coloured black and red, the names black in two columns.

Unknown date (c1950?): The memorial was procured and installed in the church.
15th June, 1951: The church was listed Grade I, Heritage List for England number 1207715
November, 1968: Ashbourne Conservation Area was first designated; the church lies within it.
22nd December, 2008: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson. It was in fair condition and cared for.
26th September, 2019: The memorial was resurveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and cared for.
