Description:
A framed and glazed paper roll of honour. The inscription and names are printed in black decorative capital lettering and the names, which are arranged in two columns, have rubricated initials. The paper roll is mounted with blue card in a moulded wooden frame.

12th July 1967: The church was listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1335208.
17th July 2010: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson. It was in good condition and well cared for.
22nd February 2016: The memorial was rephotographed by Roy Branson. It was in good condition and well cared for. The inscriptions and names were transcribed by Annette Carter.
