Description:
Additional lettering to the inscription on a family gravestone. The white marble monument comprises a figure of a winged angel on a tall battered pedestal and limestone plinth, all contained within kerbstones. The inscription is inlaid on the face of the pedestal in mainly upright capital block lettering.

Comments

The church lies on the edge of the civil parish of Hulland which contains Hulland (village) and Hulland Moss. The adjacent developments along the Ashbourne-Belper road lie in the civil parish of Hulland Ward which has become a general name for all of the localities in the area.
