Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible and the memorial is cared for.

|
Description:
A wall-mounted upright oblong limestone tablet with separate ornate cornices at the head and foot. The tablet has three hanging columns with intervening tracery at the head and an incised inscription in mixed styles of upright lettering coloured black with rubricated initials and dates. The upper cornice has a dentilated and moulded top above a foliated frieze. The lower cornice has a plain moulding above a dentilated frieze.

13th September, 1967: The church was listed Grade I, Heritage List for England number 1109790.
13th May, 2011: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson. It was in fair condition and cared for although some of the colouring was missing from the inscription.
