Description:

Originally an assemblage of three rough hewn grey limestone blocks, bedded on many smaller stones and set in a randomly paved area surrounded by railings, a wall and a hedge, with two upright stones to each side of the enclosure. At the back is an upright stone which projects above all others and is reminiscent of a headstone. In front of it is a massive recumbent slab, its foot resting on a smaller, roughly squared block. These three stones each have a smooth area on their faces bearing the WW1 inscriptions and names incised in upright capital roman lettering, and small adacent areas are decorated with a pecked finish.
To the left of this assemblage is a second, smaller one at a slight angle to it and touching it. This has two main stones, the lower one a roughly blocked oblong and the upper one oblong with an inclined upper face with a recessed oblong panel bearing the WW2 inscription incised in upright capital roman lettering.
