Description:
Additional wording to the inscription on a family gravestone. The tall white marble headstone has a pointed arch top, a punctuated border and a spray of ivy foliage in relief in a crescent-shaped panel at the head. The inscription is inlaid in mainly upright capital block lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong base with bevelled top and is accompanied by oblong kerbs which have the maker's details inlaid at the foot..

Unknown date: The memorial was made by F Garratt, monumental mason of 6, Nottingham Rd, Derby.
March, 1975: The Mickleover Conservation Area was first designated. The memorial lies within the area.
3rd January, 2018: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition.
