Description:
A white marble tablet on a black granite backboard. The oblong tablet is surmounted by a moulded cornice and has the inscription incised at the head in upright capital decorative lettering. The names are in three columns, each surrounded by a thin incised border coloured black and the names are incised in upright capital roman lettering coloured black with rubricated initials.

History
|
c1920: The memorial was made by Beresfords, monumental masons of Derby.
6th November, 1920: The memorial was unveiled and dedicated by The Rt Rev Charles Abraham, Bishop Suffragan of Derby.
24th February, 1977: The church was listed Grade II, Heritage List for England number 1216019.
15th February, 2017: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition and well cared for.
