Overall condition: At risk. The inscription is legible but the memorial has been dismantled.

Description:

An addition to a memorial stone on a family grave. The memorial comprises a concrete headstone with an inlaid inscription in upright capital block lettering. The headstone has been laid back on the ground adjacent to the grave and is accompanied by a small oblong granite tablet, also lying on the surface of the ground. The headstone has previously been accompanied by kerbs but they are now lost.

March 2014: The memorial was researched by Eric Naden.

11th November 2015: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. The grave was unkempt and the memorial was in such poor condition to be judged at risk.
