| Description: A framed and glazed roll of honour comprising a printed paper sheet with a coloured image of flags at the head, a winged angel in the centre supporting a banner, and names in two columns. History and Conservation
March, 1975: The Mickleover Conservation Area was first designated. The memorial lies within the area.
6th August, 2008: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson. It was in fair condition. .
