Location details: The church is on the south side of the road in the centre of the village. The shrine is inside, on the east wall of the south aisle. The supplementary plaque is on the south side of the chancel arch.

Overall type: Shrine.

Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.
|
Description:
A three-bayed oaken shrine with elaborate borders carved with gilded branches, ribbons and angels. The gabled centre panel is recessed, contains a carved crucifix with gilded halo and bears an incised inscription at the foot. The two side panels each bear a cast bronze plaque with the names in raised upright capital roman lettering. A supplementary plaque and backboard give installation details.
