Description:

A traditional temporary Derbyshire well dressing display made from flowers and other vegetation pressed into clay held in a wooden frame. The oblong panel featured the badge of the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight on a green ground.

History and Conservation
Spring 2011: The memorial was designed and erected by members of the local community.

Summer 2011: The well dressing was displayed for a few days and subsequently dismantled. It was photographed by Glyn Williams, when it was in fair condition.
