Overall condition: Good. The inscription is legible.
|
Description:
A grey stone tablet accompanied by a cross on a wall. The tall, plain oblong tablet (possibly slate) has an incised inscription and names in two columns, all in upright capital block lettering infilled in white. The plain latin cross is of sandstone. The tablet and cross are mounted on walls which form three sides of an oblong enclosure on the footpath and which are of sandstone ashlar with coping stones.
