4th August, 2014: Dedicated by Rev Dr Jocelyn Lewis, Royal British Legion, Derbyshire County Chaplain.  Also participating were Mr William Tucker, Lord Lieutenant of Derbyshire; Mr David Coleman, High Sheriff of Derbyshire; Rev A Murphy; Rev P Poole and many participants from the local community.
