Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.

Description:

A white marble tablet placed on a family grave in additions to the headstone. The tablet is in the style of an unfurled scroll bearing an inlaid inscription in upright capital block lettering. The headstone is also in the style of an unfurled scroll flanked by a pair of pillars with figures in relief on the faces. It also bears an inlaid inscription and is accompanied by oblong kerbs.

History

6th December 2016: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. Although the components were in fair physical condition the grave was covered with algae and moss and the headstone, in particular, was very difficult to read.
