Location details:
The church is at the western end of Hall La, at the junction with Repton Rd (B5008). The memorial is just to the northeast of the church.

Overall type: Addition to gravestone.

Overall condition: Fair. The inscription is legible.

Description:

An additional inscription to a limestone headstone on a family grave. The tall headstone has a pointed arch top with chamfered edges, recessed sides and a Christograph in relief in a roundel at the head. The inscription is incised in different styles of upright lettering. The headstone surmounts an oblong limestone base with bevelled top and is accompanied by oblong kerbs.

30th March 2016: The memorial was surveyed by Roy Branson and Alan Willmot. It was in fair condition but the lowest part of the inscription had become obscured by moss..
