Comments
There's some confusion and ambiguity regarding this hall and an accompanying memorial tablet. Press reports of the opening of the hall make no mention of the tablet and it seems to have been unveiled the day after the hall was opened. If the hall and tablet were conceived, constructed and operated as a single entity then there should be only one record, but that is not apparent, and their later histories diverged, so for the purposes of this project they are counted as two memorials.
